Here is a picture of my most recent cake. It is a strawberry cake with strawberry and raspberry filling. I used buttercream frosting with fondant accents. It was so much fun to make. I get excited when I have a new cake that I've never made before.
It's been cloudy and raining the past several days. It has been great for all our plants in the back yard. Lamar and I planted a new squash and watermelon plant yesterday. We have a bunch of tomatoes growing and plenty of mint, basil and oregano. We also planted strawberries and they taste so delicious.
Well, my boys are now 3 and 5. I can't believe it. We had a great few weeks celebrating birthdays. I can't even count how many cupcakes and pieces of cake they ate!!!!
